Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

 

Karira’s Refund and Return Policy is thirty (30) days from date of delivery in the original condition and packaging. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require your original order number found on your invoice.

 

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition or packaging for reasons not due to our error or damage incurred during shipping
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    • Any item that appears to have been used.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of any issues with your returned item, if applicable.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return confirmation email.

 

Refund Not Received

If you haven’t received your refund with fourteen (14) days of receiving your return confirmation email, please contact us using the secure online contact form below. Please allow for normal delays due to credit card processing times and Holidays.

 

Sale and Discounted items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges and Replacements

Karira will replace or exchange defective, damaged or missing purchases. If you need to have your Karira purchases exchanged or replaced, please contact us using the secure online form below and we will send you details on how to exchange or have your item(s) replaced.

 

Shipping returns

Karira will email you shipping instructions for returning your item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
