At Karira, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction to ensure your continued enjoyment of our products. In keeping with that commitment, the most common questions we receive about our products and how to purchase them are listed below.

We recommend that you wash your Karira bedsheets in cold water using a cold-water detergent and no fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat.

Each Karira bedsheet set includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 2 pillowcases.

Currently, these items are only sold in the set and not individually. However, in the near future will be offering individual products for sale.

Karira Luxury sheet sets are 400 thread count. Our Karira Copper sheet sets are 300 thread count, infused with copper. Both sheet sets lasts longer than cotton and feel like high thread count Egyptian Cotton.

Yes. Karira sheet sets are Oeko-tex® certified to be free of harmful substances and chemicals.

We are happy to process a price adjustment on any of our sheet sets that you have ordered within fourteen (14) days from the date you that you submitted your order. The item must be purchased at the original price (not mark down or clearance items). Within the eligible window, contact your Karira team using the online form below and remember to include your order number (found on your invoice). If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we will refund you the difference.

*Seasonal promotions or flash sales are not eligible for price adjustments.

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. If there are problems with your order once it’s received, please contact your Karira team using the online form below and we will be happy to resolve any issues. We try to resolve order issues within 2 business days.

Customers are welcome to checkout as a guest, but creating an account will give you access to exclusive promotions and discounts. At Karira, we do not sell or distribute our customer data to third parties so you can create an account with Karira knowing your personal data remains secure.

At checkout, there is a box where you can enter promotional or discount codes. Make sure you type the code exactly as it was supplied to you, then click the “apply code”. If the promotional or discount code isn’t working, please contact your Karira team using the online form below and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, only one code can be used per transaction.

We do ask that you send us the item you want to return first. Once we receive that item, we will then send out your replacement. If you have any other questions, please contact your Karira team using the online form below and we’ll be happy to help.

Currently Karira only ships within North America (Canada, the United States and Mexico).

Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days by priority mail. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
